Kick Start Your Body into High Gear: Juicing for a Beautiful You!

Juicing is no doubt a fabulous way to soak your body into the beneficial nutrients of fruits and veggies including minerals, vitamins, carbohydrates, fats and protein. Typically a juicing program lasts for three to five days, but it can go longer depending upon your health goals.

Besides giving you a sexy transformation, juice cleansing offers a great way to add nutrients from the veggies and fruits that we do not normally eat. In addition, juices have a tendency to retain most of the nutrients and other phytochemicals that are present in whole versions of these fruits and vegetables.

These nutrients can protect you against cardiovascular diseases such as cancer and a number of inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis. Additionally, fruits and vegetable juices are also a rich source of antioxidants, flavanoids, and other essential nutrients that protect our bodies from oxidative cellular damage that is caused by irregular cellular maintenance and is intensified by exposure to chemicals and toxicity.

Removal of Pollutants and Toxins from the Body
Juice cleansing essentially removes pollutants and toxins from the body and through simple cleansing practices. In addition, you can also combat the toxic environmental overload through a juice cleansing program.

Powers up Your System with Plant Based Energy
Additionally, a juice cleanse is the perfect way to power up your system with clean, fresh, plant based energy. The juices that you consume during your juice cleanse program flood your system with an abundance of minerals, vitamins and other essential nutrients that help your body stay strong and healthy.

Achieve Your Weight Loss Goals
Perhaps the biggest advantage of a juice cleanse program is that it helps you achieve your weight loss goals and targets. It can prove to be a great help in lightening you up and improving your metabolism.

It goes without saying that extra body weight can be a sign of excess from stress, food, sedentary lifestyle and physical inactivity.

Freshly squeezed and extracted juices contain a wealth of vitamins and organically complex minerals. These in addition also supply the calories that will essentially supply the minimum fuel requirement of your body.

Without this calorie intake, the human body begins to break down protein structures to get it (as many people try to restrict their calories to achieve their weight loss goals). What’s more, fresh juices have a cleansing effect of their own.

Green Juices: The Secret to Staying Fresh and Healthy

It is the main pillar holding up the house of healing. Green juice has the ability to stabilize, calm and most importantly heal one’s body. It is the ultimate health cocktail. The power of green juice can clear and center the mind, provide a sense of focus and motivation, reverse aging, enhance one’s mood and provide a beautiful abundance of energy.

It is the key in detoxifying the body and floods the body with an insane amount of vitamins, enzymes and nutrients than ever experienced within your body before. Green juice is made up of a variety of different greens. The base of green juice is made of cucumber, celery and romaine. Once the base is made, dark leafy greens can be added to it like Bok Choy, Spinach, Kale, Broccoli, Swiss chard and anything else you would like to try!

When you make green juice, you are breaking these foods down to an enzymatic level, creating a remedy of health that will instantly provide your body with nutrients and enzymes. Your blood stream and cells become enriched with nutrients thus allowing your body to absorb this nutrition without having to work much to digest it.

Not to mention, greens are rich in chlorophyll which is the closest things us humans have to hemoglobin. This means when you prepare and drink green juice, you are giving yourself a natural blood transfusion.
